tcdyer@gmail.com BioThis journal is specifically about my experience being an Assistant Language Teacher (ALT) through the Japan Exchange Teaching (JET) program.
I will be leaving for Japan July 28th, 2006. When I arrive, I will be living in Toyama-ken (prefecture), Yatsuo-machi (town) on the island of Honshu (the same as Tokyo, Kyoto, etc....yes!)
When I get there, I plan on learning Japanese (of course) and eating Japanese pastries and other treats until I explode ^_~
If you are a JET or an aspiring JET, or just somebody who's interested, please feel free to contact me! I'm happy to talk about my experiences!
